1. Agreement to Services
All work and services must be agreed upon in writing between Creagh Z Performance and the client (the person or entity requesting the work). No work will commence without prior approval or written acceptance of a quote.

2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if additional issues are identified during the course of the work.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit may be required prior to commencement. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, EFTPOS, and cash. Overdue invoices may incur late fees or recovery costs.

4. Call-Out Fees and Travel
Call-out or travel fees may apply for on-site or mobile services, depending on location. These fees will be outlined prior to attendance and included in the final invoice.

5. Supplied Parts and Materials
Where Creagh Z Performance supplies parts or materials, these will include a reasonable markup to cover sourcing and warranty handling. If parts are supplied by the client, no warranty will be provided for those parts, and additional labour charges may apply if complications arise.

6. Warranties and Liability
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or third-party interference. Creagh Z Performance accepts no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from failure or delays in service.

7. Risk and Responsibility

All vehicles and equipment remain the responsibility of the owner during and after servicing. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to the vehicle or equipment, and to provide accurate and complete information about any known issues or modifications.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Creagh Z Performance for any work or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
